Delhi Cantonment or Delhi Cantt. the metro station is located on Hospital road, Brar Square, Delhi Cantonment in New Delhi. This station is situated on the pink line of Delhi metro. The pink line (also known as Ring Road Line) is a part of the network development plan of Delhi Metro Phase 3. This station is owned by Delhi m. metro and operated by DMRC (Delhi metro rail corporation). It started on 14 March 2018 for public use along with Mayapuri and Naraina metro stations.
Delhi Cantt. the metro station is an elevated, double track type of station and it is about 39.48 km in length. The side platform is a type of platform with two tracks and two platforms on each side. Such a type of Cantt. the station is special because they are very near to army bases. Such stations have facilities which can be used by the army.
The two side platforms are:
- Platform 1: that leads to Shiv Vihar.
- Platform 2: that leads to Majlis Park.
So, there are only two tracks.
