The station is located in Abul Fazal Enclave just behind Jamia Nagar Police Station. As a part phase III of Delhi Metro situated on the Magenta line. The station is opened on 25 December 2017 for the public.
The station is owned by Delhi Metro and Controlled by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited. The station has an elevated structure. The station has two track and one side platform: Platform 1)-towardsBotanical Garden, Platform 2)- Janakpuri west. There are three entry/exit gates at this station. Gate 1 named as Abul Fazal Enclave Part-1 another Har Kothi Road and the last one as Jamia Nagar Police Station. The station is facilitated with CCTV Camera, Parking, Lift, Bank ATM, Ticket Vending Machine, Disabled Access at this station.
